Special Events As part of our commitment to being your food hub, we work with individuals and companies to host special events. These events are carefully tailored to meet your food preferences, presentation style, budgets and group size. An illustrative list of special events includes: Private Dining Room: Our cooking studio doubles as a wonderful private dining area for up to 20 people. If you wish we can supplement your meal with a wine tasting, chef's table and tailored menu or come with your group for a cooking class cum dinner. Our balcony room can also be booked as a private room for groups upto 26. Contact us early as our private dining is booked up quite a lot! Wine Tastings: Our wine tastings are events designed to educate the wine enthusiast on how to pair wine with Asian food. We will choose dishes from our diverse menu and show how to select and enjoy choice vintages and grape varietals with dishes that are sweet, spicy, tangy and decidedly Asian. The most radical change within the restaurant was the addition of a sophisticated wine bar – which not only serves as a new dining option but also a space for mixing cocktails and enjoying fine wines.Embarking on a synergistic partnership with Coriander Leaf, is wine aficionado – Curtis Marsh (The Wandering Palate). Marsh advocates pairing wines with Asian cuisine and has assembled an exciting and diverse list of some of the very best wine producers from the new and old worlds of wine with a particular focus on complementing these with our Pan-Asian menu. Corporate Bonding/Team Building: You don't need to run a river to bond … We will help your corporate team co-operate and compete while working its way to a wonderful feast in our culinary orchestra. We can accomodate groups/teams of a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 100 and divide them into groups of 6 to 8 people for 3 to 4 recipes. With our facilitation and support, the groups prepare dishes based on the recipes and then the entire team enjoys the meal. To spice things up, we provide our expert commentary on your collaborative efforts and cooking skills. Make your corporate bonding exercise different, effective and enjoyable with Coriander Leaf! Restaurant Events: On occasion, we make our entire restaurant available for special events. This makes for an interesting experience because (in addition to our exquisite food and impeccable service of course) you get three different spaces - our balcony / al fresco area for a casual and informal setting, our main dining area for a large group and our private dining room for a more intimate setting.
