This class teaches you some of the traditional favourites from
the French Cuisine -
a classic Mushroom Cappuccino, the all time favourite of 
Beef Bourguignon which is a traditional beef stew cooked 
in a full bodied red wine & a mirepoix of vegetables
 garnished with onions & mushrooms
and of course to end the meal another favourite
of Pears poached with spices in red wine.
