The art of entertaining lies in being the consummate host/hostess. The perfect host puts his/her guest at ease. Allow us at Coriander Leaf to take the stress out of entertaining, we can take over menu planning, style and visualization, provide the equipment, organize and manage - all you have to do is direct us with the theme, so that the only morning after you have to deal with is the aftermath of having a good time.

We chaff at chaffing dishes, so our buffet menu is restricted to a selection of dips, finger foods, room temperature salads, and hot dishes freshly prepared & served at your premise. For sit-down dinners, experience fine dining at home with our personal chef and service.

Take Away Menu:
A no frills way of enjoying restaurant quality dishes in your home / office.
Order your preferred selection and have them delivered to you or picked up from our central location. Set ups with platter rental options available.
